Kathy Paccie has been a real estate agent since 1985 and has been a fulltime Realtor in Pine Mountain since 1996. She graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with a B.S. in Biology, and then worked in agriculture & aerospace while living in the South Bay area. During that time she developed an interest in real estate to pursue purchasing rental & investment properties, which eventually led to second career in real estate. Kathy became a part-time resident of Pine Mountain in 1991 with the purchase of a vacation home and then fulfilled her dream of living in the mountains with the purchase of a primary residence in 1995.

Kathy is very committed to her real estate career & brings an abundance of professional experience & knowledge into every transaction. She has worked with builders, contractors, investors, first-time buyers, seasoned sophisticated buyers & all types of sellers. She is known for her integrity, organizational skills, & the ability to work through  problems that can occur during the negotiation process & escrows.  She also enjoys meeting & working with people to attain their real estate needs.

In addition to working in real estate in Pine Mountain, Kathy enjoys living in the beauty offered by this unique mountain community surrounded by national forest. She spends her free time walking, hiking & traveling with her dog, reading, cooking, gardening, dancing & spending time with her friends and animal companions. One of her great passions is helping animals & she shares her home with one rescue dog & four rescue cats.
